I really hope you absolutely LOVE your planner and that it will be incredibly useful to you. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may impose, but I do not issue refunds or accept returns. No exceptions.

In the event that your planner should arrive damaged, I will happily issue an exchange for a new and undamaged planner.  The receipt included in your package must be present.

*Please note: items marked Final Sale cannot be exchanged.

Return shipping charges are not reimbursed for exchanged purchases. Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility; however, I will ship your replacement back to you free of charge.

Exchanges

All exchanges must meet the following requirements.
* Merchandise exchange process must be initiated within 5 days of receiving order.
* Merchandise must be unused and damaged upon arrival.
* Merchandise must have all tags, accessories, and original paperwork.
* Final Sale items may not be exchanged.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, the items will be returned to you immediately, and an exchange will not be issued. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the items does not have any signs of damage that may happen during shipment.
